As palm oil mill effluent contributes to hazardous water pollution, this study propose the novel aerobic granulation technology for treating palm oil mill effluent. I am currently investigating the correlation between microbial community and aerobic granular sludge formation. The findings are promising so far, but still a lot of work to do!!
