a girl's must haves..

i've recently bought a new point & shoot camera. i love it to bits especially when it comes in ruby red color! i was in between Nikon D3100 or Nikon Coolpix series. after a lot of asking around, inboxing some of my camera-chic friends on FB and browsing the lots of reviews on cnet, pcpro and even face-to-face browsing and asking lots of questions at pcworld in northumberland street, i couldn't be happier and content with none other than my new IXUS 220HS. thanks to its super-pocket size and various functions that allow me to explore the basis of taking great photographs.ms ruby red will be accompanying me to my next paris trip at the end of the month (i know... a tad showing-off here but just can't help it!!!!)

 since, i am not a gadget-y person, i realised that iPad or iPod is not really my thing-y? therefore, my next highly personal purchase would be a Toshiba netbook. i am currently looking at the newly released and 5-star rated Toshiba NB305  in mocha-brown color. superlight with a merely 10" screen. unfortunately, pcworld doesn't have the slightest idea of when the new baby is coming into store :( due to the current crisis in Japan :( so, i'll just have to wait and see lah kan?

i am not into any new handbag EXCEPT a personalised Longchamp complete with my initial on it..(you can do this with online purchase you know :)), not into any new shoes EXCEPT a new pair of trendy wedge Princess Catherine Middleton's look-alike that she wore on her last night as a commoner, at a fraction of her price of course, not into any new books as I haven't even flipped my newly bought Jodi Picoult's with absolutely no-time whatsoever to spend on drowning myself into fiction's fantasies, not into any new clothes BUT ohmygucci!! isn't that summery top in M&S are soooo pretty?? and... I've just made a LIST of affordable IKEA stuff for our new little nest bearing the codename wisteria lane ;p.

so much so..i am not into eh?

sensible shopaholic

hah! korang dah shopping? dah habis sales? tak kira kat uk or malaysia, kalau sales, kite berebut2 gi awal kan. i remember beratur sama2 ngan my fka friend kat jusco tmn u, time sales. yesterday morning, i beratur ngan adam harris kul 6.30pagi, nak masuk NEXT, sbbnye?? NEXT buat head counts ppl yg in and out of the NEXT store due to fire safety and security. last 4 yrs, tak pernah ku beratur panjang2 nak masuk NEXT, tapi, siaplah dalam tu, masak dgn bau ketiak orang (see i am not cute, but petite!!)..but, due to the head counts semalam, i masuk..relaks je beb! i nampak semua barang on sale instead of duduk bwh ketiak mak arab mana ntah..but, i tak shop for me kat NEXT. i bawak legofanatic dgn big bro shopping baju diorang kat children section. so, masuk2 tu terus ke tpt diorang. relaks je sbb x ramai org. legofanatic and big bro pilih jeans and baju sendiri (mami diorang monitor and ajar camne nak pilih). luckily, hanger tu ada size no so senanglaa legofanatic nak pilih, his size is no 4, big bro no 7. pandai uols anak2 i pilih baju!! mami dia monitor jek, dadi diorang kasik duit siap2 so mami takyah bebel2 tiap2 kali (without fail) kena bayar for the boys purchases.. so, this time dadi belanje weehoo!! legofanatic pilih hoodie shirt, long sleeve simpson t-shirt kaler kuning terang (belakang ada tulis BAD BOY) muhahaha, ngan t-shirt ada tulis LEGO kaler hijau...dah legofanatic kan?? ngan very2 nice jeans dua pairs. pandai legofanatic shopping...mami, ni no 4, ayish punye kan? seb dia tak borong sumer yg no 4, tak, tak cukup bajet dadi die kang, mami kena topup pulak huhu. big bro cam biasalah, taste dia yg hemsem2 sume, jumper kaler dark blue with nice collar, shirts with tie siap bagai, and fluffy t-shirt! jeans pun veryyy nice, ada cuff corak checked box kaler red. hokey, mami bayar adalah dekat 100 pounds smlm. mami? mami tak beli apa2...mami tgh chubby, jgn harap nak beli baju next yg cute miut tuh!! mana muat beb!

dadi beli all the shirts yg sgt2 smart kat marks and spencer. pandai dadi pilih, kali ni dia ikut mami nyer taste huhu... ada floral cuffs, ada hint of colours instead of boring blue jek. isk, come to think of it, kenapakah dadi begitu stylo pulak ni? isk isk.. baper tahun lg nak masuk 40? aiyahhh.... mami ada sket2 nervous pulak, tak pernah2 dadi beli shirt bunga2, dadi beli smlm. smart tapi youuu!!! i kata, ni abg pakai utk cocktail, wedding parties, dinner dgn i...hukhuk... dadi sengih2 jek.. mami? x beli apa2 kat m&s. mami plan nanti dpt gaji, mami nak beli private stuffs kat m&s...later2 lah tuu

then, sblm balik...mami beli DKNY kat fenwicks my playground. haaaaaaaaaa... sensible tak mami? satu barang jek tau.. and dadi puji2 byk kali cantik handbag yang..lawa!! and bag tu on DKNY display window kat DKNY boutique kat Eldon Garden.. keless tak?? now, i can probably consider myself a sensible shopaholic. i know i want one thing, and i bought just the thing that i want. so, budget tidak lari!! rasanya, x jadi TT duit gaji esok. sebab dah kira2, insyaAllah semua cukup...all these, selepas berfikir laa smlm, apa saya buat dgn duit biasiswa/gaji saya? kalau tak mesti byk lg benda dibeli!!! taaa....

End of year shoppings..

Everything is on SALE everywhere!! Hubby recommended me buying a few handbags for myself (yes, he does this sometimes especially during massive sales). In fact, he asked me to exchange a few newly bought handbags with on sales pretty Radley bags!! He knows that I love Radley very much. Truthfully, I've never dream of having nice, expensive, pretty things for myself (mcm Gaby cakap kat her biological daughter Grace in Desperate Housewives).. Masa kecik-kecik, I buat homework under the candles or lampu ayam. We did not have electricity supplies at that time back in 1987, when I started school in Standard 1. We were only provided with electricity and tarmac road in 1989. I believe some of you have had these experiences but I am sure that most of you were already blessed with electricity when you were born. Nevertheless, I have had the most memorable childhood ever.. reading my books before dusk, finished my homework under the candles and i really treasured my 12 Luna pencil colors that I won during the prize giving ceremony at the end of the school year. I don't know why I wrote this but I selalu bagitau my children of how important education is. How important to work hard and smart for their own bright future (and also to buy nice things for themselves)..Anyhow, I've been wanting this since Lancome produce this tapi tak ingat what year.

I have a few things that I wanted for Boxing Day but I am not sure if I am going to buy them. There is this lovely dark red pair of Gabor shoes that I soo fall in love with yesterday at Charles Clinkard and at a reasonable sale price of less than 50 pounds, a Fossil watch, some more Radley bags, D&G watch, Tie Racks pretty silk scarves.. I have no intention to buying any clothing as I am not my right size at the moment. So, membazir je kalau beli tops, dresses and pants yang later tak boleh pakai (ni hoping to shed some weight off laa kan). Malu nak present paper kalau gemuk2 camni... tak lalu nak naik stage!!! So, kalau tgk2 my wishlist, tak banyak pun barang that I wish to buy and mostly are cheap and affordable and sooo me!
