choc chip cookies

its been quite a while since i last baked a cake. my cake mixer, cake tin, brownies tray and everything else essential for baking all were left in malaysia :( hence the not much baking  these days. interestingly, i can no longer contain the desire to bake something with my boys hence i bought the instant cookies mix from asda. i've tried betty crockers for carrot cake mix before so essentially, i bought choc chips cookies from the same range as well. it was incredibly easy to make! simply add 3 tbsp of water to the cookies mixture, then mix it well using a wooden spoon (adam did it very well!), scoop out the ready-mix with your hand then shape it into cookies on the tray to your preferred size. bake them in the oven for 15-20 minutes. then, now you see it, now you don't!!!
