I am officially out of HL shakes. Therefore, there will be no updates on my daily HL menus.
Breakfast:
- 1/2 bowl of lentil soup (approx 183kcal)
- 1/3 French baguette
- 250 mL teamix
- 500 mL teamix
Lunch:
- 1 small orange
- 2 brioche (270kcal)
- 250 mL teamix
- 500 mL water
In between:
- 500 mL water
- 3 dates
Teatime:
- 1/4 plate kueyteow goreng (semalam punye! :)
- 1 mug decaff coffee + semi skimmed milk
- 250 mL water
Dinner:
- 1/4 plate + kurma kambing
- 250 mL teamix
- 500 mL water
