HL Day 3

Starting weight = 51.1 kg
Current BMI = 24.3

Ideal target weight = 46.0 kg with BMI 21.9


Breakfast 
-  2 tbsp F1 + 250mL semi skimmed milk
- 500mL water
- 250mL teamix

Lunch
- 4 tbsp F1 + 250mL semi skimmed milk + 250mL water
- 250 mL teamix
- 500 mL water

Teatime
- BBQ at friends: 1/4 rice + 1/4 meat + salads + 2 popadoms
- 4 small potato samosas
- Handful of grapes
- 500 mL water
- 250 mL teamix

Dinner
- 1/2 rice + 3 really small pieces of fried chicken + kicap manis (shared with adam & harris)
- 250 mL water
- 250 mL teamix

Workout
- 40 min walk
