- 3 tbsp homemade nasi goreng
- 1 steamed fish pie and parsley sauce (114kcal) + baked chips (191kcal) + salad and steamed carrots
- 250 mL teamix
- F2 and fibre tablets + 500 mL water
Total water 2.5L (or a little bit more)
Total teamix 1L (concentration varies as I am caffeine intolerant :)
