Siaran tertunda HL Day 1

Upon waking up:
500mL water

Breakfast:
2 tbsp F1 + 1 tbsp F3 + 250mL semi skimmed milk
250mL teamix
250mL water

Lunch:
2 slices of oatmeal prawn sandwich (M&S)
1L ++ water

Teatime:
250mL semi skimmed milk + 2tbsp F1
250mL teamix

Dinner:
250mL teamix
1/2 plate mee goreng mamak + 1 piece ayam masak merah
500mL water (or maybe more...takleh keep track dah sbb rasa byknye minum hari ni heheh)

esok,
saya nak breakfast and lunch HL sbb 1: jimat lunch takyah kuar2 or susah2 buat bekal lain, blend jek 500mL F1 and 500mL teamix; 2: supaya dapat dinner dgn anak2 n hubby di rumah... heheh..

Weight: 49.9kg pagi ni...
Inches loss: NIL (must get a proper tape laa for this otherwise i keep assuming jek)

250mL for breakfast
akhirnya kenwood smoothie maker in action
my first chocolate shake! sedap tau :)
