HL Day 5

Upon waking up:
- 250 mL water

Breakfast:
- 2 tbsp F1 + 250 mL water
- 250 mL teamix
- F2 and fibre tablets + 500 mL water

In between:
- 500 mL water

Lunch:
- 4 tbsp F1 + 500 mL water
- 250 mL teamix
- 500 mL water (up until 3pm)

Teatime:
- 1 slice of lemon and mascarpone cheesecake (approx 108 kcal)
- 3 tbsp nasi goreng semalam (pau hubby punye)
- 250 mL teamix

Dinner:
- 1/4 plate rice + 1 piece fried chicken + 1/2 plate salmon curry and veg cooked with low fat yogurt
- 250 mL teamix
- F2 and fibre tablets + 500 mL water

Total water 2.5L (or a little bit more)
Total teamix 1L (concentration varies as I am caffeine intolerant :)


Lemon cheesecake for teatime :)
