Upon waking up:

Breakfast:
- 2 tbsp F1 + 250 mL water (90kcal)
- 250 mL teamix (6kcal)
- F2 and fibre tablets + 500 mL water
In between:
- 500 mL water
Lunch:
- 4 tbsp F1 + 500 mL water (180kcal)
- 250 mL teamix (6kcal)
- 500 mL water (up until 3pm)
Teatime:
- 3 wedges of honeydew (approx 150kcal)
- 1/2 a pear (48kcal)
- 3 small dates (69kcal)
- 250 mL teamix (6kcal)
Dinner:
- 1/4 plate rice + 1 small piece fried chicken + 1/2 plate boiled veg + some leftover salmon curry
- 1 piece veg cheesebake (183kcal)
- 250 mL teamix (6kcal)
- F2 and fibre tablets + 500 mL water
Total water 2.5L (or a little bit more)
Total teamix 1L (concentration varies as I am caffeine intolerant :)
Total kcal 1088...erm.. lower than 1200 lerr.. must eat some more?
